Owner – Adam Van Der Beek
In 2009 Adam left his “traditional” corporate job and was looking for a more fulfilling career path. While spending time in Amory Park with his dog Rowdy, it became clear what that path would be – a dog care service with a more complete and holistic approach to dog care than any other around. After many planning sessions at the dog park picnic table, Adam launched Beantown Bed & Biscuit at the end of 2009.
After three years, Adam and Rowdy made their dreams for Beantown Bed & Biscuit a reality when they opened their new home to all the friends they have made along the way, both canine and human. With the addition of a veterinary wellness clinic, a training program headed by Corinna Melanie, and an amazing 1,800 square foot playroom, they are set to ensure all their clients are, and always remain, happy, healthy, and spoiled!
In addition to his dog Rowdy, Adam also has a wife Alexis and a young son named Desmond.
